The management team of The Transformation Games (‘the Games Team”) plays the role of Accelerator, Aggregator and Connector. It Is responsible for the planning, execution and oversight of The Games, under the supervision of The Global Transformation Foundation.

The Games Team executes its responsibilities in several ways, through:

• Its in-house departmental teams;
• carefully-selected contractors, specialists and service providers, some of which are already engaged;
• Corporate Partners who are assigned responsibilities under agreements (such as “Global Logistics Partner of The Transformation Games”, Banking Partner, Travel Partner, Print and Publishing Partner, Security Partner or Official Carrier);
• Official Suppliers (Car Firms, Software) ; and
• Collaborator Agreements, under which an activity may be operated by or outsourced to Collaboration Partner, a party with a strong track record and following, in a certain area. (Examples might be Debates, Exhibition, Catering, Music Concerts).
